Nice shop near our hotel but clearly cater to the drive thru traffic took FOREVER to get one drink. Lots of staff poor... coordination. Drink was only okay not up to other stores in the chain. Read more

Pay $7.73 for a cup of coffee and they cant follow Starbucks processes to make it right. Tastes like unsweetened milk with... coffee flavor. No pumpkin spice flavor and no sweetener at all. Then Kayla (36894075 employee number), the manager, decidesshe is being "generous" by offering that I drive back 20 minutes for a replacement or wait in a long line tomorrow for "red cupday" so she can replace it for free. No offer of seeing a manager when I arrive so they can make it without me having to waitin line, no offer of anything extra like a food item for the inconvenience. Instead she is condescending and rude and made it a point to state how she has been a general manager for 11 years. Absolutely terrible representation for Starbucks. Based onthe other recent reviews seems to be very common at this location even though Kayla would like to convince you otherwise. Read more
