My wife happened to find this on Google Maps while driving through Mooresville. This was probably the best sushi we've ever had!... The fish was fresh and the recipes were delicious. I'd recommend everything we had if you like sushi! The Eva sushi stack,Drogon, and Tropical rolls were all great and unique. I hope we can come back sometime. Read more

This was just about the sushi at our meal that was delivered. The salmon was already falling apart because it was not fresh ie... the salmon fat layers had already separated to looking like light pink cube steak and tasted old. They still used it for thesushi mixed with new salmon as well as the other types of fish. I actually thought to myself I should not have eaten that piecebut the delivery was 20min later than estimated time of delivery. If they feel nothing is wrong with fish then tell me theexactly the types of fish that?s light pink used in the rainbow roll and substitutions.
