We stopped this morning to get a drink for my daughter before school. There was one person in front of us and it took over 15... minutes to get our drink. Very disappointed in the service. Read more
Only one person running the store and Skylar who has been there about ONE month did AMAZING. There was a line of people... frustrated and waiting and every time someone came up she made them smile. Definitely need to have more than one person runninga store at a time, do better on your end starbucks. Everyone is short staffed but no one should be working alone! Props to herfor handling everything so well, and you should definitely let your workers accept tips for THEIR hard work. Do better starbucksyour employees deserve it. Read more
Everytime I head to the FM area we always have to stop at one of the Starbucks locations. I was pretty impressed that based off... just a picture my daughter had on her phone, the gal behind the counter knew exactually what she had been dieing to try.Excellent coffee choices of all kinds, and my daughter can't miss out on the Cake pops! Starbucks is always pretty good. I just wish the menu they had in store had far more options for a newer coffee drinker.

Went yesterday afternoon, customer service is rough. They were out of venti cups and bags, was told I could get trenta size but... I?d have to pay for it which was off putting. I understand supply shortages but please speak to people with respect instead ofbarking things. Then was told they couldn?t scan my rewards, but with no explanation as to why (maybe it?s a target thing?) onlygiving them 2 stars because the girl who actually made my drink was very nice.
