What an absolute disaster this store is. If you can catch it open you are lucky. Today they closed at 7p it appears. Just want to grab a quick lunch. I order a #1 crunchy supreme with a diet Mnt Dew. Everyone was nice - friendly guy asks if I... want my receipt I say no, I paid cash, but that was just the set up. I get my drink, get my bag- pull up it?s busy, close tonoon - I get ? not sure I paid $8.15 for it. Went to try and get right order - doors locked - tried to get out of parking lot -fuming now! Blocked in for 10 minutes trying to leave! Not expecting the world from Taco Bell - but what I paid for is anexpectation I will always have! If you screw up give me a quick way to remedy it - I?m reasonable until you make it ridiculous!Not a happy pretty easy to please customer. Check the bags against orders folks not that hard! But this is 5 stars right? So Igot in line again and explained. They corrected it - the nice guy told me what the mystery item was and how it might havehappened. The guy at the window and the awesome lady I always see ( I call her dimple because it?s worth making her smile to seeit come out) made it all right. I love taco bell...but this! This is the absolute saddest excuse for food I've had in a very long time! I used to wonder what... these things would look like without the filling....until tonight...because that's essentially what I got! There was MAYBE 3bites of meat, some lettuce, one giant gob of nacho cheese and like a drop of sour cream in this entire shell....and I alsoordered the cheesy fiesta potatoes which were soggy on their own, but when overly drenched in cheese and sour cream they werebeyond gross...and to too it all off, they asked me if I wanted sauce, to which I replied yes!
