Staff is nice but cold brew is always bitter no matter how much cold foam you get.
Decent version of the franchise. Staff always seem to be happy and friendly, and the service is reasonably fast. Seating is all... of the wood variety, so don't expect to be able to lay back in comfort. First time back in several years (thanks to Covid).Still really friendly and efficient. Read more
I ordered a drink using my stars and another order using more stars with a hot sandwich. When picking up the order, the barista... said there was only the latter part of the order and not the first part, a free drink using 150 stars. This barista needs tolearn how to read orders for the same name. I was already on the phone with customer service.
