I would love to see some money put into the upkeep of this place. We made the trip from Regina for treatments as we had a gift... card. The sun tree front staff were not friendly and acted like they did not want to be there, the bottom of the mineral poolwas brown and scummy, the sauna was not clean and you can really see the age of the place. The robe I got for my massage wasstained yellow (when I mentioned that to reception after my visit they just laughed) and sheets on the massage table werestained. The massage was good, but every other aspect of this place needs some serious TLC. When you?re paying that much moneyfor a spa experience, you expect a certain standard of quality and attention to detail. Read more

Let me start this out with saying my husband and I have come here for a weekend away almost every six months for years. (Minus... that whole covid bit). Typically we enjoy ourselves, but i have found the quality of the rooms seriously degrading over the pastyears. We have enjoyed the spa due to the built in activity of the mineral waters. After our most recent stay I can't say wewill be staying again. For the cost of 491$ for 2 nights we got to enjoy listening to the room next to ours party and come andgo until 130am since the rooms are not at all sound proof. The matress was very worn and very uncomfortable and the tub wasdeteriorating and disgusting. There was rust on the fixtures in the bathroom etc. And while not a complaint, we weredisappointed to see the flags gone over the pool. Hope to see their return. All in all, the cost for the room is not worth it.Next time we decide to visit moose jaw we will rent a room that's nicer and more updated elsewhere for significantly less moneyand pay the day rate for the pool should we decide to go. I imagine we'll save 100's of dollars and have a nicer room. Verydisappointed as this was once a very nice place to stay. Read more

Got one of their Moose Jaw Getaway packages which includes a one night stay for at the hotel, 2 adult tickets for two tunnel... tours and 2 free $20 slot play for the casino. Everything was perfect; I loved the adult only night spa time! It was getting abit crowded since all the adults wanted to have some child-free time but it was still awesome. Got some goooood sleep after spatime. Overall hotel spa was good! Robes were provided so I was able to wear it when went to and from the spa. To make the stayeven better would be a complimentary breakfast but I still enjoyed my stay without it. Read more

We have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. This time we needed to bring our little Yorkie with us. Reservation was done... online, I noted we were going to bring our Yorkie. They sent me an email with options to enhance our stay, I chose the pamperyour pet. I received an email stating that they no longer offered that ? at no time were we told of their pet restrictions. Thenext day we get an email, I?m copying and posting it: Unfortunately none of the deluxe mineral spa suites are on the firstfloor of the hotel, which has been designated as the only pet friendly floor in the hotel. Your room style options are limitedto a standard double or queen room. We also have one family suite and one business suite on the first floor as well, if theyhave not already been booked. There is also a pet fee of $35 + taxes per night. If you would like to change your reservation inorder to accommodate your pet please let us know and we would be happy to make the changes for you. Thank you, Barb GuestService Agent This was from the reservations desk?,they couldn?t tell me that either of my only options were available? Verypoor customer service! We will not be staying here now or in the future We did get booked into a lovely hotel who is welcomingour little pup Read more

We spent a relaxing and easygoing weekend at the spa. A large indoor/outdoor hot pool awaits you with a friendly and helpful... staff to take care of your needs. It would have been nice if the coffee shop was open earlier. The rooms are showing their age, with burn marks and stains on the carpet, but they were clean. Read more
