Went here with some family, was unfortunately disappointed with the service. The waitress seemed off and was quite cold. The... food was hit and miss. The ribs were fantastic but my steak was overcooked and bland. The steak sandwich was bland and the chipswere over cooked as well. For the desert the cheesecake was delicious, but the carrot cake wasn't even fully cooked. It wasbasically a pudding. Hopefully next time this won't be an occurrence. Read more
Our food was fantastic, absolutely zero complaints. The atmosphere is great. It's a nice modern place and done well, I even has... a nice patio for the warm days. However the service was super slow from the word go. Our server was genuinely friendly andtried. She was just in super slow motion and seemed confused. I guess she could of been new or something. She spoke like a mouseand wasn't sure of anything. Secondly our food TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE. Like 40 mins (we had 3 different pastas) And wen it didarrive only two out of the three of us got served. It was another 10 mins before I got mine. Serving 2/3 of the table andleaving one an extra 10 mins us a huge no no. Now again this could of been a simple mistake, but they never said word about it.Not I'm sorry your food will be right here, we have an issue.. Nothing... What sucks more then sitting while the whole tableeats without you and then you are eating alone at the end. If the bugs we experienced were worked out. I would go back and giveit another go. If I could give the food a zero I would. The pictures attached are the $46.00 12 Oz Ribeye Steak with Carmelized Mushrooms and... Onions. Neither the mushrooms or onions were carmelized infact the mushrooms were barely arm with a couple that were raw. Thesteak was super thin and over cooked in the places I cut in to while trimming the fat and grizzle. The garlic mashed potatoeswere super salty, the soup was super salty as well. This was a night I wanted to treat myself to a good steak. Boy did I go tothe wrong place. This was less than a Bonanza restraunt quality meal. Very nice sports bar design with a good range of options in the menu from classic things like burgers to entrees of various... kinds. Food was good but not a great "bang for your buck" option. The drink glasses looked dirty, including dishwasher soapstains, quite disappointing. Read more

We had a group of 5. Service was prompt and efficient. We started with boneless chicken bites and also the spinach dip.... Boneless chicken bites were okay. The spinach dip was bland. I had a prime rib. It really didn't seem like a prime rib cut. Itwas also very bland. The au jus was congealed gravy. The potatoes tasted old. Nothing about the meal seemed fresh.
