5 day Juice cleanse is over. I did this because I wanted to get back on a routine that I was proud of, had fallen off the wagon... and started to get soft, mentally and physically. Saw this as an ideal opportunity to get the ball rolling. Although Idefinitely had doubts about whether or not I'd be able to stick to it with no one else watching, it wasn't a challenge at all. Iwas never hungry, some how those juices are very filling and much more sustaining than 8-10oz of any liquid looked. I woke upevery morning and went to yoga followed by a full day of slinging beer at Lakeway Beverage. ZERO energy was ever lost. 7.5lbswere shed and I gained the confidence to get back into the routine I left behind a few years ago. Just want to thank you for thejump start!! I was fortunate enough to find this yoga studio while I was back in town for a family emergency. I have been practicing on and... off for the past 10 years or so, but the past year and a half I have been practicing nearly daily as I have found that thebenefits of daily practice are too important to my physical, mental and spiritual well being. I live overseas in an area thatdoesn't have very many options in the way of yoga, so while I was home I wanted to take advantage of the endless options. WhileI visited a couple different places, Nearme was the studio that was the perfect fit for me. Over the two months I was home I wasable to attend classes with nearly every yogi they have and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful it was. As a person whopractices regularly I have found that it is very difficult to find a studio that caters to more intermediate to advancedstudents. In most cases the standard all levels classes that I have attended in the past have failed to challenge me and usuallyleave me feeling that I haven't expanded on my practice. This was not the case at Nearme. The yogis I practiced with the mostwere Chelsea, Scott, Tom, Nicole and Karen and what I enjoyed so much is that each one of them offered something unique. I neverfelt that I was at the same repetitive yoga class. Every day was fresh and challenging with a diverse group of students who wereable to work at their own individual level. There was never any pressure to push yourself past your comfort zone, however if youwere looking for a challenge each yogi showed caring consideration for each individual body and its limitations. Whether you arenew to yoga or have been practicing for years, this studio offers absolutely everything you need. And if you do happen to be newto yoga, Nicole's cues and direction during the flow are INCREDIBLE.
