Updated review: I did indeed return to get ice-cream but this time the experience was very different, the staff was less... friendly than the time before, they did not seem to care. There was no seating available outside not because of the crowd butbecause all the tables were dirty and needed some cleaning so other customers can use them. May be the manager was off that day. Scrumdumtillious. Yummy. Delicious. There?s so many words I could use to describe Loard?s Ice Creamin Moraga. Quaint. Cozy.... Friendly. I walk in and I?m always welcomed with a warm smile. The employees are always so kind. The milkshakes are phenomenaland the view of the hills in the distance while you ((socially distanced)) dine outdoors is incredible. Thank you, Loard?sMoraga.
