I have been ordering small subs in the past and today got takeout for a small cheesesteak and there was not enough meat on it to... even cover the bread. Tons of peppers but not enough meat for what I spent for this !! Called the UD store and was told that,per policy, they can only put 1oz of meat on a small portion!! I am so dissatisfied that I will never go there again!! Theemployee that took my order could have cared less and had a sour attitude!! Terrible customer service!! Asked for corporatephone number or someone that I could relay how disappointed I was!! She said she didn?t know anyone from Firehouse that I couldexpress my dissatisfaction. My BIL was a Dayton firefighter that died while on duty and that was why I used to think your claimthat firefighters are special. I will NEVER order from you again. Your employee needs to be taught to stop acting like customershold no value. If it weren?t for the customers Firehouse would not exist!!
