This was of course a packed night for taco Tuesday. It was well ran with lots of great items on the menu. The staff was on point... and was very helpful. If you would like to sit at the bar in the back or have a family dinner this is the best place to go. Ifit?s someone?s birthday??it makes the dinner better. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Now understand youmay have a wait but I promise it will be worth it. Read more

Staff friendly, place clean. Tucked away in strip center off 70 near the Walmart. Zero street visibility. Corn flavor came... through in the chips, salsa perfect heat level for everyone's comfort. We tried Plaza Mexico MHC tonight, and we were impressed. It's been a while since we'd eaten there, and they've updated their... menu. Everything we (party of four) tried was delicious: Fajita Vallarta (steak, chicken, shrimp, & chorizo), Chicken Fajitas,Plantano Frito Relleno (plantain filled with steak & cheese) & Tiras De Pollo (chicken with cliantro, cheese sauce & chipotlecream). We also sampled the bean dip, choriqueso, & horchata - they were all tasty. The service was prompt and enthusiastic, andthe music was very festive. We recommend you give them a try - you'll enjoy!
