I love Starbucks coffee it's having the time to go to their restaurant to appreciate their food as well as their coffee's. You... have to have a special taste for their food, coffee's, etc. Starbucks is not for everyone. 4 stars for Starbucks. Read more

I ran in on my lunch break for my usual ice coffee. The employee, Bre, was extremely rude. I knew my drink was wrong the second... she handed it to me. It looked like milk. I tasted it and it tasted like straight cream. I kindly told her that something waswrong and she acted like I was incompetent. I had her re make it and it was wrong again. She made ME feel stupid. Went in this am I arrived at 650 am was standing behind the line. WAITED a few minutes then went into store part to get some... items. Returned to coffee shop lights were now on. Gave my order she rolls her eyes..She never smiles. Checked out thanked hertold her to have nice day. She tells me next time to wait in the lobby she will have some chairs down to sit in.
