I showed up at 7:26pm and waited in drivethru. Their lights are not on to the drivethru the sign wasn?tlit. I get to my turn and... order the 7 piece meal and she tells me i can?t have that bc they are only doing small meals bc they close in 30 minutes. Whatkfc closes at 8?!! There were still three cars behind me and i let her know that and she said they weren?t cooking any morechicken. I told her what am i supposed to feed the rest of my family of i can?t get what i came to order. They wouldn?t sell mewhat i wanted so i had to sit in drivethru and wait for everyone else in front of me just to drive off with no food. Read more
Horrible service and quality control, I went back because they gave me a 8pc when I ordered a 12pc family meal and they refused... to either give me the chicken I paid for and after they refused to refund me. I waited in the drive through fir 22 mins only to find... out that they are clising at 8pm now due to lack of staffing. 2 weeks ago I went through the drive through and they only hadchicken which what they said to me tonight. The worst KFC ever, always out of food, and they don?t care to do anything about it. Ordered 2 piece white meat meal , waited... 25 minutes and then after filling other orders than came after mine, that they didn?t have any white meat pieces.
