Here is my reason for only 4 Stars. I was on hold for 30mins. I understand it's a popular place and very busy but to set the... phone down and completely forget about it? It got to the point where I was only on hold to see how long it would take, didn'teven place the order in the end. The food is out of this world though so I will be back a different time. I wish I could give zero stars . So late last night I went to #TaqueriaLaFaena Mexican food to buy a chicken burrito. I got home... to notice that the meat looked a bit odd?so I taste just a little and was like this do not taste like chicken. Also : I DO NOTEAT BEEF OR PORK & haven?t in over 10 years. I took the burrito back this morning and asked what type of meat ???? it is andthe cashier said TONGUE ???? ???????????????? I?m APPULD . So I asked for them to correct the mistake with a REFUND AND Anotherburrito? she had a nasty attitude & said we can only give you a refund or burrito. This was one of the most rudest experienceI?ve had at a restaurant. I?m happy I didn?t get sick but I?m extremely emotionally upset and distressed due to tastingtongue. The pozole had good flavor @ $10. A bowl it was very tasty other Mexican food was available as well.
