I came at the wrong time! Their credit card machine and register broke right as I was about to pay. The girl kept apologizing... while she talked on the phone with someone. I could hear them suggesting they tell me to go to ATM and return and she said shecouldn?t do that..eventually their machine started working and I paid...she threw in a couple of chocolate chip cookies. Withthat out of the way I was able to go home and enjoy my wraps which were delicious by the way. This location does not accept the coupon mailers that go out, in my visits they haven't been super friendly, and they will close... earlier than their advertised time (and not even acknowledge you trying to open the door to get in when closed earlier thantheir posted time) Read more
Great customer service, clean & safety procedures are followed. The service is excellent. The sandwiches are prepared... skillfully & efficiently. Made to order without additional charges. They always ask if you'd like your item toasted or wouldlike to add chips and a drink. Since I have been going regularly I have not been treated poorly. The staff is always friendlyand smiling. This is one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen. And one with the most courteous staff I've encountered. I believe sometimes... the owners work the counter and they're extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff is super fast, both with walk-in ordersand with online orders.
