I love Vitality Bowls. I come here very often with my mom. The Nutty Bowl is my favorite. The cafe is very clean. I love their... setup. The team members are very nice and helpful. I love the atmosphere. The bowls are so healthy, and I am so glad they haveso many options for ingredients we can add onto our bowl. The store manager, David, was very helpful and friendly. Comparatively this Vitality Bowl location is a notch below other locations (same chain). Main reason is the quality of in-season... fruit, it is not as fresh or tasty. Service was ok, prices were better than other locations, plenty of parking, a bit out of theway to get to. 3rd time around, service was much better. Read more
I seldom write a review but I would say that my experience warranted a review to demystify the hype with this cafe. Picture says... a thousand words, but if just a few words, my 6 year old niece could?ve made a better sandwich. I actually went back to thestore to ask for a refund based on principle, and was told because I didn?t have the sandwich in hand and waited an hour to comeback, they would not return my six dollars. They must need it more than me given what kind of product they sell and businessthat conduct. The staff was semi friendly, but the girls at the counter could definitely use some manners. Read more
