Called in order for delivery and had to call back an hour later. Manager must have recognized the number because he answered the... phone by saying that the driver had just left. I called back thirty minutes later and asked the manager if that's the way theydo business and he argued with me and threw the "new girl" under the bus. I don't generally spend time rating anyone but thishas happened before. Terrible management and franchise owner should wake up because this place is a sinking ship. Read more
Good food and great service. I've been homebound since July 2020 and have really taken advantage of the delivery service. 15... minutes from the time I place my order till I'm eating. Better than most sit down restaurants. Consistent quality of the foodand no major mistakes in the orders, forgot to leave tomatoes off or didn't add onions wrong chips once, minor things and I canlive with that. I ordered 2 #7's one regular the other a giant. Supposed to double meat, cheese, and peppers. Neither had double meat, Neither... had cheese, Neither had peppers. Not only that, but the wait time was insane no one in the restaurant and I was in thedrive-thru. I could see 4 employees three of them just sitting there while the girl at the window took my money and halfway madeour order. Read more
