They have raised their prices and if you order a large sandwich they only give you three pieces of meat that is it. I won't be... returning that is for sure!!! Read more
I ordered a cheese steak that had mushrooms on it. I am severely allergic to mushrooms. In addition to that, as if that is not... enough, I bit it into my sandwich and pulled out a four inch hair from it. Needless to say I will not be ordering from there. Maybe the employees need to wear hair nets. Or maybe I should file a complaint with the health department. Read more

First time at Charleys today out here at Morgantown mall in wv. Food and service is good. But $13 for a rather small 12 inch sub... and small fries is not worth it. JERSEY MIKES would be a better and smarter buy. Subs are twice the size and taste great. Morebang for your buck.
