I?ve given this location multiple chances since it?s the closest one to my house. I?ve never received my full order even when... charged for everything. They also don?t have set times on when they close. There was a whole line of cars the other night ataround 9:45pm and we waited for a good bit until they turned off the lights and an employee who was leaving told us they wereclosed. Why wouldn?t you put up a sign on the drive through saying you?re closing or at least say through the speaker so we alldidn?t wait there??? Another time I went, the employee was watching tv on his phone while taking our order?? I have tried to go to this location 3 times on 3 different occasions and I was unable to be served each time. The first time the... employees closed the store 2 hours early due to low staff (completely understandable). I go again a few days later about an hourbefore close as stated in the online hours and the restaurant was closed. As I?m leaving, I see on the door that they are?sometimes open past 10pm?. Then this morning I arrived at 11am for lunch and as I got to the window the employee told me theycould not take my order me due to technical issues. I understand these things are NOT the employees fault but rather areflection of the management & higher ups. One of my biggest complaints is the online hours state they are open till 12:00ambut the business hours on the door state they are 10am-10pm ?or later?. Which really is inconvenient when you live 10 minutesaway and you can?t even be sure if the place it open until you get there. If I could give recommendations I would say pleasehave set hours and stick to them and managers hire more employees and pay them well. Read more
