I just came into my local Starbucks in Morristown, TN and I got my usual Pink Drink with light ice and no berries. The girl at... the Starbucks register was saying that I needed to pay extra for light ice. I have never paid extra for light ice and I?velooked it up and it says we don?t charge extra for light ice. I am very upset with this situation. I will come back unless theykeep making me pay extra for light ice. Read more
