I hadn't been to Subway since the menu change. My sister & I went to pick up sandwiches for ourselves & her husband. She started... ordering & although there were 2 other people working that I saw, neither of them asked if they could help me. While I waswaiting on her to toast or not toast & add toppings, I walked into the Fastop convenience store adjacent & made a purchase atthe counter & returned to Subway. One of the other employees was holding the phone making a sandwich to order. The employee whohad made my sister & brother-in-law's subs was intently watching her. The 3rd employee had retreated to the kitchen area. Whenthe 2 sandwiches she was working on were completed, she started on 2 pizzas. The 1st employee finally realized I had beenstanding there & asked what she could get me. I usually order a tuna sub, but I decided to try something new & went with the #5Bella Mozza. I requested the artisan Italian bread but they were out. I asked for the Italian herb cheese & again, they wereout. I ended up with white bread. The toppings were added - including a nice clump of dark, wet, wilted spinach. The sandwichwas wrapped & we were ready to go - over 23 minutes from when we arrived. I didn't ask how my sister's sandwiches were, but mysandwich was rather disappointing. Even though it was made according to the menu board, including the vinaigrette, it wasflavorless. In addition, the vinaigrette had made the bread mush on the edges after a short 10 minute drive. The worst part wasthe way the ingredients were placed in the bread. The meat & cheese were laid across the center of the open sub roll. As aresult, when the sub was closed, all the meat & cheese were on one side of the sandwich & a bite from the other side of the rollyielded all vegetable matter & a bunch of vinaigrette. I'll know from now on to stick with my old reliable tuna sub, but thisexperience left such a bad taste in my mouth - literally & figuratively - that I'll not be visiting any Subway Read more

The morning of Aug 28th.... Sent my daughter to get us a blt on flatbread crispy bacon with extra bacon. She went thru window n... said when she returned the guy had attitude was hateful. When she took sandwiches from bag the bacon grease was running out thecorners the bread was soaked and veg were hot. The bacon had been cooked while on the sandwich. Was disgusting. Read more
