I have been going to the Talbott, TN Subway for years and never had any problems until lately. Everytime I go in, there are new... employees and some appear to be new and they are slow. I go on my lunch break which I have limited time. I went today and thecoke/soda machines were not working and one of the employees commented it probably needs cleaning. Very disappointed in theirservice. The store used to be so busy it was hard to find a seat and now when you go in all of the tables are empty. Read more
I ordered online and went to get my sandwich 20 minutes later. My sandwich was not ready and I proceeded to wait another 40... minutes at which time my sandwich still had not been started so I told the lady at the register to cancel it and refund mypayment since my lunch period was over and I could wait no more. regular subway eater this is the worst I?ve been at . Their sandwich was disgustingly cold, even though I got mine toasted.... There?s no hospitality whatsoever. No proper customer service.
