My sister and my nieces took my oldest sister here to celebrate her birthday. Management informed us that the lights were out... and would not be fixed until the next day. We were welcome to stay if we liked. We stayed. The service was awesome! The serverwas on point. Our starters came out in a timely fashion. Server was amazing. Attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Food was... As good as could be expected (I should have known better than... to get the ribeye. Low quality, vacuum sealed, and I guarantee was frozen until early afternoon). My major complaint? Your "tippercentage" was off. By a full dollar. Your machine said 20% of our 67$ and change bill was 14.56. Well. That's an odd way totry to trick your customers into tipping your underpaid employees better. 20% of 68 is not 14.56. Maybe if you actually paidyour employees what they were worth, and let them do their jobs (you know, bring checks, final check in, you know. We?ve been here a bunch of times, but unfortunately service has been variable. Sometimes we weren?t seated quickly even though... there were seats available, or the server would come by infrequently. Tonight our wings order got mixed up, but everything elsecame out right. I tried their egg rolls for the first time, and they were much lighter than I expected. In a good way.
