The Morrow/Southlake B&N bookstore is clean and organized, with an ample selection for all reading levels. There are few... designated sitting areas on the sales floor for casual reading, but there is a Starbucks inside with plenty of sitting space. Acouple of good places to sit and browse through a magazine or book are on the bench in front of the magazine section or theStarbucks sitting area located inside the front east entrance of the store. There are wall outlets for your electronics on theback wall above the long dining booth. On the day that I visited, the Starbucks staff was prompt and courteous. The woman infront of me ordered five specialty drinks for her group. Because of this, I thought it would be a while before my order wasready. I stand corrected! I received my order quickly and still made it in time to see the previews at the local theatre. Read more
The experience was not the best. Staff that assisted me appeared to be more concerned with their conversation then assisting me... in locating the item I was looking for at the the time. She also not knowledgeable about the item. I asked for stickers and shetook me to the kids department stating that was all they had. I later ran across the ones I knew the store had near the frontcounter. The Starbucks was AWFUL. Out of most items on the menu and the barista was unfriendly and acted like he didn't want tobe there. Such a nice and relaxing place. Took my kiddos to tutor today in the cafe with a little manifesting of our own books in stores... one day ?? We look forward to coming back soon Read more
I didn't really enjoy my experience here. The place looks extremely raggedy. They messed up my Iced Tea order. The magazines... are not in any real order. The other patrons are not friendly. No one wants to speak. The staff are exactly the same. Themanager with the red hair has an extremely nasty disposition. Will not be coming back. Read more
