Ordered two cheese fries advised the employee at the window there is hardly any cheese sauce on the second fry. She yelled amd... told the people in the back and they are yelling back there is certain portions. We stopped to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat on our way home. One of the workers stepped out of the bathroom stall and... walked right out WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! The salad had old brown lettuce. I took the salad back the next day. I was trying to figure out something other than a salad... that would be the same price $7.99 as the salad. I asked the manager about some combos but she said they were too higher than$7.99. I asked about a Dave's double and fries, she told me I could get a single and small fries. I get back to the house andrealize that the manager cheated me out of $1, what she gave me was totaled $6.98. That's very unethical especially for amanager to cheat customers! I sat in the drive through line tonight from 7:40 to 8:20 (lobby was closed) only to see a worker come put a hand written note... on the speaker stating they were closed. I asked her are you all going to service the people who have sat in line all this time?she replied no!! Whatever happened to customer service? I wanted to try the limited time only Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich. It was quite filling but barely had any marinara... sauce on it. The fires were fantastic as always and the peppermint frosty was also tasty. The dining room didn't have anyketchup in the self serve dispensers. Read more
