I was asked to pull up & wait for my Mocha Frappe, I pulled up, I ate my breakfast burrito, watched as they served 4 cars... behind me. I went inside to find out where my drink was & the little girl said she had no one waiting for a mocha frappe all thewhile it's sitting on the counter in front of her face !! Most of the employees try to deliver a pleasant experience, butmistakes are constantly made with orders. The employees will fix the order with little to no issue though. Overall theatmosphere feels cramped, grimy, and is by no means a relaxing location. Read more
