I love chipotle, always have. Someone from corporate or HQ, please read the reviews for this store. There is a serious lack of... management issue here. Everyone is noseblind to the trash on the dining room floor, trash in the kitchen, etc. today wasappallingly bad. No soda machines working. No napkins, no utensils. I was charged twice on my CC. An employee leaned over mywife?s meal at checkout to grab the tip jar. A team member rearranges the chairs but doesn?t actually clean the table or chairs,too busy texting. The food tasted fine, but the messy (excessively, not the regular everyday messy) food assembly line and messykitchen was revolting. This is probably my only 1 star review ever, and I?ll gladly remove it when the chronic issues at thisrestaurant are fixed. Please accept this honest feedback rather than just dismiss it as just another bad review. Something isvery broken here. And I?m not just talking about the soda machine. Read more
Still disappointing This particular chipotle location has turned into the restaurant that we want to go to because we like... chipotle, but know better because its always disappointing. The portions are always small. Half the time we ask for double meatjust to combat this, and we never get it. On many occasions I have received tortillas that are hard and stale. Sadly, this is our closest Chipotle. We?ve been at least 8-10 times since moving here last month, and there?s literally always... something wrong - no chips, no steak, no cheese, or some combo of those. Sometimes they add a sign to the door, sometimes theydon?t. They?ve also had a ?cash only? sign several times. Today was the last straw. The chips tasted like cardboard and when wewent back in to exchange them a few minutes later, they claimed they were out. Management seems nonexistent. This is reallyjust a bunch of teens/young adults, some working hard, some on their phone, but none with any real example of how to beprofessional towards customers. Professionalism doesn?t come naturally to most - it?s not their fault, they just don?t have amodel. We?ll be traveling a few extra miles down the road to the Leesburg one from now on. We like chipotle but every time we go there is not one table clean. The soda station and the floors are dirty. Chairs with... food. Is very disappointing. We see they have employees but the management they are not doing there job training. The food thatwe purchase usually we have trouble ordering I like the old style quesadilla. This location needs some serious help from corporate. Everything about the store is not good. I came back after several months... and it?s still in bad shape. I feel bad for the employees, they are overworked, under trained and obviously under staffed. Takeout person moves like a sloth while the tickets keep printing and are on the floor.
