I normally don't write reviews, I only leave stars, but this time I feel that leaving a comment is necessary, because... for as far back as I can recall right now, I don't believe that I have ever been to a business with such friendly, helpful &welcoming employees as I encountered on my 1st ever trip to Jersey Mike's Subs or any other business that I've been to over theyears. The food is great, the people & service were great, even the other customers I think we're positively effected by theatmosphere. Highly recommend!! Read more
Food is tasty, and the location has been remodeled. However, if I'm being honest, interacting with the team members is the best... part of the experience and what separates them from the competition. They seem like they really want to get to know you, and fora lot of customers, they remember how you like your sub prepared or even details you've previously mentioned about your personallife. Lately, though, everyone seems to disappear into the back after completing your order and reappearing when someone newwalks in. Possibly due to work tasks, but lessens the appeal as mentioned above. The owner is hands-on and can often be foundworking alongside the employees. Read more
