Stopped in at this location to try the pumpkin spice frozen coffee it was the perfect blend .My service was awesome.
The middle of my breakfast sandwich was still frozen. Took it home, disassembled it, and cooked it myself.
Went there at 9am. They had about 5 donuts. That was it. Shameful mismanagement. Went there 2 weeks ago and they had about a... dozen different garbage donuts. My 3rd choice drink was plain coffee. I was surprised they had that after their advertisedspecials were not available. Will only go back because it's the only place around. Read more
Okay like always I write reviews if something is very good or very bad. In this case it was very bad. Service is just rude for... something they got wrong themselves. This is the third time my order was wrong and looking like end of the night specials.Doughnuts seem to be fine but not a good experience with anything else including getting the order right and customer service. We did a mobile order got there to pick it up and they told us they couldn't make our food, so when I asked about the money I... spent on the food portion and getting a refund they said they couldn't give us a refund we had to reach out to the help line forthat or we could leave our name for the next visit.. and this isn't the first time this has happened. So after waiting in thedrive thru line for 10 mins then deciding to just go inside and grab it and waiting for another 10 mins I was basically toldthey didn't have 3/4 of my order and there wasn't anything they could do about it. And you honestly think I want you to take myname down for "next" time, there will not be a next time. And trust me I get the world is short staffed but maybe take theoption to buy food off your mobile order if you can't make the food, or maybe don't have your 3rd person go outside to smokewhen your drive thru line is wrapped around and your parking lot is full because it's the MIDDLE of breakfast rush. Oh and ofcourse the "help" line for the app isn't responding... this experience is ridiculous and I think I'd rather drive 20 mins out ofmy way and hit Starbucks then deal with this again. Read more
