Ordered online and was very disappointed with everything once got home. I tried calling to speak with someone and got no answer.... We would have taken it back in-store, but we live 20min drive one way. I had specific instructions, easy at that, and they couldnot meet them. I had barely any onion or green peppers as ordered and could taste pickles, that was not on any of our subs.Then, to top it off, we were short 1 cookie! ???? Two of the subs weren't even toasted and barely any sauce! I have worked fora subway before and also have been a shift manager, elsewhere and this is unacceptable!! My son and I went in on Saturday lunch time they were not busy at all my son got his usual, I decided to get something else. My... sub bread was so hard I could use it as a hockey puck! I asked for an Italian BMT on wheat with bacon and cheese toasted, whenshe pulled it out of the oven is when I realized there was not meat just bacon! The girl putting on the veggies had to get themeat and put it on my sub. So I had a toasted sub with cold meat and a hard bun. Not sure I will go back to this Subway everagain! Gave this location another chance tonight Ileana (hope I spelled this right) is an amazing employee! I ended up ordering the... Philly cheese steak and she made a comment about putting the garlic aioli on her own, let me tell you it taste amazing! Greatcustomer service and made my night. A good employee is hard to find these day and she is doing an amazing job ????. After mylast couple of experiences I wasn't going to use this establishment but because of her great service I will be back. Thankyou Placed an order via the app on July 4th for pickup at 745. The app stated that the location was open until 8pm. I arrivedand handwritten sign says closed 7pm. Apparently if you order with the app and even if you don't get to pick it up you stillhave to pay for it. What a joke! I work in a restaurant and our system is set up so that if we aren't open or if we close earlythen orders cannot be placed for the rest of the day. What a scam and then have the nerve to send me a survey asking ifeverything was great! Love to support local but that is the last time you will ever get a dime from me. At least my bank tookback the money after I disputed the charge since after contacting corporate no response. Why send out the survey you reallydon't care what the consumers thinks. Read more
