Let me tell you something.....The food from this place is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I have yet to try a dish that I did not... love. The flavors that he creates are so amazing and I love the way that he incorporates the background of his beautiful familyinto his dishes. Whenever we go to pick our food, they always make us feel so welcomed and their personalities are so wonderfuland warm. Having had the pleasure of savoring Chef Mo and Chef Leina's dishes twice now, I look forward to the next month's offerings with... baited breath. This past month, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and Strawberry Caramel Banana pudding. While thedessert on point, I wished I had ordered the Ube Flan Cake, which was the true star of the day. That being said, the NashvilleHot Chicken sandwich delicious and the hand cut fries were tasty as well! Love how everything is fresh; never had a cold dish,unless if it meant to be so. This is certainly a hidden gem here in Mount Holly. For the last year this pop-up has been serving up menus with flavor, passion... and attention to detail. Pretty much every dish I've tried is on point and executed well. Chef Moe's passion for cooking andpaying homage to the diaspora and the places he and his family has called home shine through in the thoughtful menus that heputs together. I can't wait for them to have a permanent location/store front so that I can get my fix on a more regularbasis. Things that I have enjoyed so far: -Chicken sandwiches -Mac and cheese -Greens -pretty much all the fish/seafooddishes -Fried chicken -Banana pudding -Ube flan -Pretty much all the desserts They grown much in the last year, originallytaking orders by text and cashapp to now having an online order system. Pickup is easy and seamless as well. I really lookforward to watching this family business grow and evolve and bring good food to this area. Make sure to get ton the mailinglist.
