This has to be the worst ran Tim Hortons in the country. It?s always something at this location. They have the slowest service I... have ever seen. The manager is rude to the customers. For some reason they solely focus on serving the drive through and makeeveryone that comes in the store wait forever to get their orders. I can?t say enough about how bad this store is. Read more
I really don?t like writing reviews, let alone negative ones. But this Tim Hortons hands down has the worst management I have... seen. Everyone is so slow, I have been several times during my lunch, and the drive thru routinely takes 10+ minutes. On topof this the wraps are always well below average size. The slowest Timmies you can find. Employees have no hustle, they need more staff, broken TV's so half the menu is missing, the... donut display has no doors so it's always full of flies and hornets. Owner needs to get it together. Shouldn't consistently take15-20 minutes for a couple coffees and farmers wraps just to find out they have no hash browns. No communication or teamwork inthis place. Has my worst customer service experience here. Only ordered a coffee only had one car a head of me still took ten minutes.... Finally got to the window no one there to greet me and when some lady finally came she didn't say a word. On top of which coffeewasn't even stirred. Read more

Order today December,5,2022 around 11:15 am drive through. I am a regular and always order from here. Today, I asked for English... muffin with sausage and egg and they charged me for it and gave me only egg and cheese muffin. I am very disappointed because Ican?t drive back to tell them that because I am already at work. I also picked up everything bagel toasted with butter theyhardly put any butter I am not sure why as if they are paying for it but the truth is I am paying for bagel with butter notwithout butter. This is really disappointing because I paid to get the correct order and yet got wrong orders missingingredients and paid full amount. Read more
