Love the pretzel, prices! But I come once a week ! Lately it?s either they are on a phone or there high School friends are in... the shop and they don?t pay attention to the customer! I called in asking $20 worth of no salt and some with sour cream! I openup when I get home and there all salt, so I go back! High school kids are still there and I told the kids I didn?t order this!And they looked and said you paid it went home and came back how do I know these are the shop pretzels! If you give attitude andlook tough in front of your friends, I will not return ever again! I wasted $20 for a Kid to make a joke to be popular in hisschool district! I recommend anyone stop by when the adult are there! If kids are there, it?s not worth lossing $20 and beingmade fun! Read more
The owner Austin has a excellent staff and the pretzels are not mass produced like aunti Ann's. Delicious and a hip little place... to stop on a walk for icecream or even a soda. I'd like name tags for employees because they are well done like the store. Read more
Lancaster County is known for its soft pretzels and I've eaten my fair share. This place has THE BEST in the area in my opinion.... We love that they're close in Mount Joy and always take our friends and family on a walk to get some pretzels. Read more
