Beware of placing pickup orders here! I placed an order through the app and the instructions were very clear - the order would... be available on the to-go shelf, just like every other Chipotle location I've been to. I placed the order, arrived on time, wentin, and saw nothing on the to-go shelf. Not my order or any other order for that matter. Even so, I waited, and waited, andwaited. After 15 minutes I went to the cashier and asked where the order was only to discover it was in the back by the carryoutwindow the entire time. The complete opposite end of the restaurant. Do the employees not even know they're supposed to bringthe online orders out and place them on the shelf? It seems like such a simple thing to screw up. If they can't even do that,why should anyone trust them with cooking food correctly? Come to think of it, sort of explains the food poisoning symptoms Iwas experiencing the next day! Won't be returning here anytime soon. I'm not even sure why they opened here. There's about abazillion other fast food Mexican places within a mile radius that are much better. Read more
