1 star for experience- 5 stars for the quality of the cookies. - I was excited about going to Crumbl for some excellent cookies,... last 2 nights they were packed, line to the door. So I ordered ahead, inside pickup. When inside, there are 2 ladies in front ofme at the p/u counter. Also waiting to get their order, and there are 6 associates working, 2 at the cookie dough stationpatting out cookies, 1 tall guy taking an order out to curbside vehicle. 1 girl making & packing up an order(those are going tothe customers that just bought something). And an inquisitive girl who seems than less than excited to be there, who waschecking customers out. And a guy in the very back messing w/boxes.. If you're at the p/u window you expect to be greeted, atthe very least notice me an speak. I was there, no one spoke to me, helped me, made eye contact. It was rude, unwelcoming andquite frankly adequate the experience VERY disappointing! I won't be back! Read more
