Place looked like he was ransacked. Front area looks like they use it has a staging area. Hostess greets me with "can I help... you?". Taken to a seat and sit there for 10 minutes until I get up to ask if somebody is going to take my order. Server gets myorder wrong, not that big of deal, says he was new. Food was generally okay, wouldn't say it was bad or great, prettymid. Place needs a general cleanup and better training. Read more
Sammy took care of us and she was great. Wonderful recommendations. We had the seared albacore appetizer which was out of this... world. Will definitely come back for that. We also had sushi and Japanese ramen. Great experience even better food. Read more
Totally ignored by server, brought the wrong salad and disappeared, then when the correct eventually came the spring mix was... replaced with iceberg, again the server disappeared, each time i waited and waited and eventually i had to flag someone elsedown for service, the server didn?t even take my sushi order, i didn?t come in just for salad, after a half hour of sittingthere I complained to the manager who expected me to stare for half an hour at food i didn?t order, and he got mad I didn?t wantto pay for the iceberg lettuce. he wanted to give me a discount after ruining my evening. for the server my advice is stopflirting with your coworkers and take care of your customers, it?s a restaurant not a hookup spot. to the manager, when youscrew up the same order multiple times, you comp it because a customer shouldn?t have to sit there forever when they are hungryand you are totally ignoring them. I would just thank MoriMori for their excellent customer service. I had no idea that Uber eats royally messed up my delivery... until I received a phone call from what sounded like the owner/manager at MoriMori. He asked if I had received my order sincemultiple drivers stopped by to pick it up. I in fact had not gotten my food and when I checked the app it was saying it hadn?teven been picked up yet. I contacted Uber via both chat and a phone call and they could honestly care less. They would only goby what the app was saying. So they essentially were calling both me and MoriMori a liar. Anyways back to the initial phonecall?with out me even asking, the man at the restaurant told me he would make sure I received my food. They remade my order andit was delivered. AND it was delicious.
