Hey Papa surprised me and family the pizza was good. Not NY pizza, but good.
Manager is horrible and rude. Ordered two pizzas one was made incorrectly, Called to see what they could do, she first tried to... blame me for miss ordering, I told her I did the make your own and ordered exactly what I wanted, once she saw that she offeredto send a new one out Rudely. I agreed, it?s now been over an hour and still haven?t got my pizza. Called back to check up andshe was screaming to her employee over the phone that it?s coming but they can?t tell me when cause door dash has to pick it up,also refused to give me a refund. Worst place ever. So I?ll just sit here and wait for my pizza to show up sometime tonight?.. Read more
Let's start with the food is great.... That said the service is terrible. 2 delivery orders in a row we're missing items. For... the first delivery order it was missing the drinks. When calling about it was told, "well can't you just come pick it up?" Wasleft at home with 6 kids. In what ever scenario money was paid for an order (the correct order) and the driver was tipped priorto delivery. It doesn't matter the circumstances, money is paid for exact services and products no more no less. Ultimately hadto wait for someone else who I knew in the area to pick it up close to closing. For the second order it was missing the pizzafor the kids. Called the first time and was told it would be sent out shortly. Waited over an hour and no delivery. Called asecond time and spoke with the same person, she acted like she knew nothing of the order and said it was never made. Said shewould get it made and sent out shortly. Waited another hour or so. Drove there in person and the lady I spoke with on the phonecouldn't make eye contact with me. She had a very daft look on her face and at most would glance sideways at me when ventingabout my incorrect order and dare I say awful experience with this locations service. One of the cooks offered to have anotherone made on the spot which was nice, but didn't rectify the past 3 hours of screaming hungry children. 55 dollars spent on coldpizza and poor service. Disgusting?cold, no sauce or toppings and our half and half pizza was more 80% cheese and barely any toppings on 2 pieces. Pizza... is a treat for us and we will never waste it on Papa Johns again. Read more
