Have been a long term customer of this location. We usually come here whenever we are in town. Unfortunately the quality of the... coffee, overall cleanliness and service have all slowly gone down over time. Our order was half missing/incorrect and had towait much longer than usual. It seems like they are overworked, understaffed or both. I have noticed this at most otherlocations as well and the quality of the coffee is on par with Dunkin at this point, especially as prices continue to rise. Willgive them a few more tries before giving up and getting my coffee elsewhere. Read more
I ordered 2 drinks. 1 TALL ice caramel macchiato and 1 GRANDE ice chocolate for my son. And they gave me TALL cup for my GRANDE... macchiato. It was too busy that I don?t even bother to go back to complain. Seems they can?t handle a busy day. Read more
