Upon arrival my son and I checked in inside and waited in the car. After 15 minutes I called to confirm if they were or were not... ready and was told the stylist Rebecca would come to the door to get us when she was ready. The online system said my son was ondeck. After about 10 minutes we decided to try again and go inside. My sons name was no longer listed on the screen and thestylist was in the back. She came out not very happy or welcoming. After requesting for my sons temperature to be taken on hiswrist she still went against my request and put the thermometer to his forehead. I totally understanding of the current timesand protocols and the reasoning behind but if you want the business you need to treat your customers better and be welcoming andunderstanding to us as well. I will use Sports Clips in Moorestown for all future cuts. Read more
My husband had taken my son to Super Cuts to get his haircut before Christmas! We aren?t from around here (military family) and... didn?t know where to take him so he went there. The lady at Super Cuts did a horrible job so the next day I found this SportsClips and took him there! We had been to one previously in TX! Rebecca was amazing! I explained the hair cut, showed her theawful job from the day before from another salon and she fixed it right up!
