Cute place. Burger and cheese steak were good. Fries were cool and soft/soggy when served. Replacements were hot and soft,... like undercooked. Waiting with money on the counter in front of me now for 15 minutes. Finally they took it. Wished we had gonenext door to Hardee's instead. Not a good first impression. Read more
This restaurant is so bad!!! Corporate should be ashamed to have this Hwy 55 in their home town. It?s a brand new building and... it is dirty and disgusting at all times. The staff bless their heart are nice and work together but they don?t accomplish taskvery well at all. They are so very slow!!! The order is 99% of the time wrong!!! The food just doesn?t taste good, it?s eitherdry, cold or both. The only thing consistently get right is failure. I absolutely hate to spend my money here, such a shame. Iwish I didn?t leave such an ugly review but maybe if corporate sees it they?ll fix it, I?ve called corporate and nothing hasbeen done. I will update this review if they update their service package. Ordered, received our drinks and waited over 30 minutes. The waitress never checked on us, people came in and were served. We... never received our food and when I went to the counter and asked she said it was given to someone else (must have been in atakeout) and said she would put the order back in. We left.
