Had the Italian sub. It was fresh and delicious. The bread was great and I found out they bake it in house. Will go back.
My husband and I decided to stop here for a late afternoon lunch while on vacation. Seemed to be a good option as they reviewed... well, and Google said they weren?t too busy (about 3:00pm). The young man helping us at the front register was very kind andhelpful. He assured me that I could add anything or substitute anything on the menu or even turn any sandwich into a salad. Iordered a classic chicken 6? sub with no cheese and added lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The young man asked if the fried onionswere still okay, and I said yes. Now first of all, I understand that everywhere in the country is having staff shortages andissues, that?s just the way things are now. I was perfectly fine hanging out out for ~30 minutes for my food. But it took 30minutes to seriously mess up my food?! That was the disappointing part. My sandwich had cheese on it (I?m non-dairy), there wasno added lettuce nor tomato nor pickles, and there wasn?t even onions on it. Instead I received a sandwich filled with jalapeñopeppers that made it too hot to even eat. We chose this sandwich shop because we don?t have them at home and wanted to trysomething different. Totally fine. I wouldn't make a habit of coming here, but it was ok. The fries were good, spicy chicken sandwich was solid and... the steak was fine. Staff was great, very friendly and good service. Read more
Very nice little gems!! First time visit and i must say, i dont ever recall ever having a fresher sandwich. Ordered the Triple... Stack 12" (Forgot name, sorry). Aside from the crunch of the fresh veggies, the bread, meats, and cheese was so soft, itvirtually melted in my mouth with every bite. ???????????????? Dating myself here a bit, but this place is right up there withPort-A-Sub place from the 90s.
