eSushi has a pretty dang good AYCE sushi (all you can eat) selection in the Mt. Prospect area. The AYCE menu itself is a bit... smaller than eSushi's already diverse menu (no scallops for AYCE folks), and the rolls themselves were really high quality. Iusually don't go for deep fried rolls, but the Rock and Roll was very good. The Green Turtle was very good, as well. If you likesalmon, they have two rolls with torched salmon! Highly HIGHLY recommend! If you're wanting sashimi, they DO let AYCE patronsorder sashimi, but you need to order rolls, too. I wouldn't say the fish is the highest quality, but compared to other AYCEoptions it's still much tastier and better quality in terms of fish, variety, and price. I didn't have to wait too long for thesushi, but I could tell that it was made to order (unlike other places where the premade sushi is dry and has less flavor). Ifit's a busy night, I would expect to wait a bit for a large AYCE order, but do know that it's worth it and you will leave happy.Great service, too. My one complaint was the Nigiri. The pieces I ordered were more sushi rice than fish (the masago had thethinnest layer of masago on top of rice). But, I looked past that because their AYCE menu was so large and delicious (comparedto competitors with smaller AYCE options). All in all, it's my favorite AYCE sushi joint in the area, and I'm excited to comeback! Read more

Delicious AYCE sushi spot with kind staff and peaceful atmosphere. Prices are standard for the suburbs but the variety of... dishes/sushi on the menu rivals more expensive establishments in the city. Even simple dishes like crab rangoon are simply astep above their competitors. The fish quality is great and rice is used sparingly in the sushi in order to highlight that.
