Amazing experience, love the rustic contemporary style of the rooms. Ample space with a bar table near the microwave and coffee... maker to enjoy a nook breakfast experience. Run by local people who will guide you to the best places. Location is perfect towalk to downtown and drive to the best trails to shasta. Looking forward to go back in winter to enjoy the cabin and the snowactivities. Read more
Shasta Inn is located in a really nice small town. Downtown shops are walkable, although it takes a bit of walking to get there.... There are enough restaurants with a short walk. My room was a little dim in terms of lighting. Bathroom was showing its age.Ants (large) got in. Friendly staff. Nice eating area in the room. Dog friendly. A very nice area surrounded by trees. Great staff. The room was perfect. Bed comfortable & everything in working... order. Able to sit outside & enjoy the view. Within walking distance to restaurants & small shops. Read more
Property was extremely well kept and clean beyond belief. Two stories so either you are upstairs or on the ground floor. The... management was extremely friendly and live right next door. I believe their family all help operate (clean, maintenance, repair,etc) the property. They have a restaurant and bar as well which we didn't go to but it looked nice (didn't check out the menu).Bathroom has a sink inside and toilet all newer and the beds were really comfortable. Linens fresh and a mini fridge, microwave,coffee maker, AC unit which kept the room cool and nice. Will definitely stay at again should I pass through the area. Read more

Beyond my expectations in charm, hospitality, location to amenities and price. Well kept, comfortable, clean rooms, welcoming... staff. On premises bistro style restaurant with bar. This is a very charming refurbished hotel/Inn with lantern style lights inroom, with flickering flame. Ample USB ports at bedside, comfortable beds. I look forward to a trip back to stay a littlelonger. Read more
