You can get gas anywhere... no windshield washers or fluid, smelly bathroom, no paper towels. Sub-par for a Casey's.
Been going there for years with no problems using their pumps at least weekly. But Yesterday Aug 27 my daughter was charged 83$... for a 10$ worth of gas in her car. Her Toyota won?t hold that much even getting the high dollar fuel. Hopefully she can talk tosomeone there and get it straightened out. Read more
Ordered one of their awesome pizzas late last evening for pickup. My car had a dead battery and it was too late to call a... friend. Called Casey's back and told them to give the pizza away and I would be there in the morning to pay for it. Georgesaid it was no problem and he would have a pizza ready in the morning. The store manager is so rude. I called to complain about the coffee, but all I could hear is I DON?T KNOW... I DON?T KNOW? ... defending herself and the coffee maker. I DON?T KNOW?. I DON?T KNOW?. as if she is in a courtroom trial. A good manager knowshow to listen and willing to resolve the issue.
