Oh my goodness better check your receipts!???????? We got one ice cream cone with crunch and they added a $6 tip!! ????The only... reason I add a star was the boy whom made it took time to put it in the fridge before putting crunch on. Read more
They were out of a lot of stuff and long lines plus slow service due to not enough staff. Also they made my double fudge cookie... dough blizzard with hot fudge instead of the usual fudge causing it to melt quickly. Very disappointed. Don?t if I want toreturn to this Dairy Queen. Read more
Ordered a plain cheeseburger on my lunch break, got back to work opened it to find it loaded with ketchup and mustard, not... plain. Not a lot of time left on my lunch break to take it back. Tried calling several times and they just let it ring and ringwithout picking up. Drive to the store and explain and they do make a new burger, however I open it to check that this one isplain and the bun has bright red blood soaked on it and the burger not done. So now I ask if I can just get a refund instead asI am on lunch break and don't have time for them to make me another burger. The guy refuses to refund my money says that is justjuice and that the burger is fine. I hate to write a bad review, but this was awful. Read more
