Our job site ordered catering. From the Mount Vernon Ohio Panera bread. They were the Nastiest sandwiches I've ever had. They... were awful and barely anything on them all bread and not veryy good bread. I'm diabetic I can't eat just all bread. This was thefirst time I e ever had Panera bread. I was not impressed. Horrible! Bet it cost them a pretty penny too! Definitely not worththe money they probably spent to cater for the whole company YUCK!!!!! Read more
While I try to support local cafes mostly, it's nice to have a reliable chain option like Panera nearby for healthy-ish food... options, copious amounts of coffee, plenty of seating for business or social meetings and dependable, kind service. Especiallyappreciated that it's open on Sundays while most local shops are closed. The pre-order to pick-up option has come in handy inthe past for group gatherings as well. Read more
I?m not one to leave negative reviews, but as someone who works in fast food as well, I really think it is important that this... location works on double checking their orders before they?re handing food out to their customers. I don?t come to Panera oftenbut I really enjoy the food so every once in a while I make an exception ? it was very frustrating that I didn?t notice until Igot home (too far from the store to just turn around and get it fixed) that I paid for a whole sandwich and only received halfof a sandwich (nearly $12 for just half ????) I just feel like that?s something that should have been easily caught at the drivethru window before the order was handed out. I would like to note that I?m mostly baffled because there were only two cars inline and the parking lot seemed fairly empty so it isn?t like it was a mistake made due to being busy. Little stuff like thisseems to happen every time I come to this location. This place was good when it first opened but it has gone down hill. The restaurant and bathrooms are filthy! I had to ask for... cleaning wipes to clean off a table as they were all dirty. If you go in early for lunch you're getting leftover soup from thenight before until it's gone. Their prices are too outrageous for leftovers! In addition, my daughter is now sick to herstomach after having lunch there today. I will not be going back! I feel like I should call the health department on thislocation :/ Read more
