The cashier tried to give us Frozen food, there were four workers there just talking with each other instead of getting our... order ready, and messed up our drink, all on the same order. Also threw our egg bites in the bag instead of putting it on thetray. Read more
I loved the service and the coffee but the Frappuccino seemed more liquid than usual and less thick/ice
I used to get starbucks often. Lately they have been closing early due to short staff. But sadly two of the workers they do have... hide on the floor behind the counter while people are waiting to order ~ or just stand there and ignore you when you can visiblysee them. One girl is medium height long brown hair ~ i have never had a pleasant experience with her. I have learned if alyssaisn?t there it isn?t even worth it. Read more
Store was in a Kroger. My Mocha Cloud Macchiato was not made well and lost the cloud as soon as I left the building; it was too... busy to go back in because we are in the middle of a pandemic, hardly anyone was wearing masks; even the baristas were wearingtheirs improperly.
