Literally the worst ?Italian? food I have ever had. We spent $36.00 on chicken parmigiana that was sitting on a bed of noodles?... That was sitting in warmed up heavy cream. No thickener or anything just straight up liquid heavy cream with no seasoning orflavor and the chicken was soggy because? Well, it was sitting in a pool of liquid heavy cream. Very disappointing and was blownaway by just how bad the food was. Read more

It's been more than 15 years since I've eaten here so I guess I should have expected some changes. This nice little Italian... restaurant has succumbed to what many like it, here in the area, have done... raising their prices to a level that exceeds thequality of the food. Don't get me wrong, this place would be just fine if it stayed in its lane. In other words lowered itsprices to match its food, stop making promises on the menu that they can't fulfill ie bland food. Their menu has wonderfuldescriptions of pizzas to make your mouth water, but my impression of the sausage and mushrooms was more like a frozen pizzafrom the grocery store. Read more

Ordered two pizzas to go mine was the Il Verde. This is the pizza I received. This pizza also had a large amount of kalamata... olives which it does not come with and I did not order. It is a thin crust, so I can't just remove burnt part and the top is sosalty from olives that I can barely eat it. I picked a lot of them out, but the flavor already permeated everything else. I dideat one piece as seen in pic as I was starving and wondered why it tasted so awful, then I started inspecting. At $18 each and a23 mile drive both ways, I got to choke down what I can. This is a treat for us as it is way too expensive to do on a regularbasis. The first time we tried this place it was fabulous, but the times we tried since the first have been mediocre. Reviewson here about quality and service going down are correct. Unfortunately, enough chances, this was the last time for us. Inotice management/owners never reply to comments on here, never an attempt to make things right or offer appreciation for goodreviews which I feel speaks volumes about them. To the girl that answered the phone when I called, you're right, you didn't doit. I apologize that I got loud, I was just frustrated beyond belief, but not at you. Read more

Horrible pizza at night, great pizza during the day. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were both completely black on the bottom.... Couldn't even eat them. The manager doesn't want to make it right even though we have pictures as proof. Look before you paybecause the customers don't matter to Pacioni's. They just lost a family of customers. Will never eat there again and willdefinitely not recommend them. Read more
