Water Water Chicken Dinner | I had a strange experience when my family and I ate at Craft on Saturday, July 16, 2022. After we... ordered and paid, (chicken wrap, kale wrap, burger, Dots dip and three sodas), I requested an extra cup. I intended to use thecup for soda, so we would not need to return for refills so often. We went outside to sit and wait for our food. Before we couldtake out seats, the manager came out and asked if I asked for a ?water? cup. I responded that I asked for an extra cup for thereasons explained above and that we purchased three sodas. He proceeded to rudely explain that water cups are only for water, and the restaurant has a limited supply and that in the future, I need to follow the rules. I responded that it would not be aproblem, because I would never return. It was bizarre and extremely RUDE! One more note, the only food I would recommend is theDots dip. The rest of the menu is mediocre at best. During a previous visit, I found not one but four hairs in my chickentenders. I have never ordered chicken again. Skip Craft?s and head to Hattie? B?s for pimento macaroni and cheese and the bestchicken wings and tenders ever! Read more

My wife and I were leaving the Birmingham area and attempted to try another place for breakfast which unfortunately was closed.... A nice guy who was out with his family recommended we try Crafts and I?m glad to report it was well recommended. Upon arrival,my wife and I quickly scanned to menu and ordered. I ordered the Chicken, Egg and Cheese Burrito and my wife ordered the Bacon,Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Our meals and coffee were delicious and the staff was courteous and helpful. Read more

We stopped by for dinner on our way through Birmingham and enjoyed our visit. Nice neighborhood atmosphere, good selection,... comfortable dining. I had the Hot Dot (spicy fried chicken sandwich) and collard greens, and my dining partner had the ChickenBites. The spicy chicken sandwich was deliciously spicy and sweet! It, however, was lukewarm. The collard greens, alsolukewarm, were a little bland but maybe fine for some peoples? tastes ? a little salt went a long way, a little vinegar wouldhave sealed the deal, also. The chicken bites were served to us room temperature but were otherwise tender and enjoyable. Theyreally are fairly plain in taste by themselves, but that gives you an opportunity to try their sauces - the honey mustard is agreat compliment! I would go back for sure. Regarding the temperatures, I am hoping we only caught them in an off moment about45 minutes before closing. Read more

Really great chicken! The chicken tenders at Miss Dots was both juicy and tender, perfectly breaded, and I asked for mine to be... tossed In their buffalo sauce and it was amazing. Their buffalo sauce is a great combo of sweet and heat. Very unique. They alsohave a great combination of ranch and honey mustard. The only beef (lol) I have with miss dots is that it?s a little on thepricey side. Read more
