If I could give 0 stars tonight I would. I order almost every week and most of those interactions are great and the workers are... friendly and polite. Tonight, JACKIE was rude and short with every answer she gave. This was not the first time either. Sheneeds to have someone else answer the phone if that is how she is going to talk to customers. Joe shouldn?t even be working in the public. Any time I call and he answers, he?s inexplicably rude for no reason!! I can always... expect that at least one thing that I ordered to have something that I didn?t want on there. Please, dominos, PLEASE dosomething about his attitude!! He?s bringing the value of the store down!! If your child is throwing a fit, do you bring them tothe store to embarrass you? Absolutely not!! I worked at domimos for 3 years as manager. I've never seen such poor customer service from the one in Mountain Grove. They... never answer their phone and are always rude. You pull up to the drive through and they just sit and look at you don't sayanything. Just placed an order tonight and received the wrong order and there was no tag on the boxes. That's how orders getmessed up and people get irritated. Wish someone would step in and fix their store. Read more
